What Customers Notice Most

Real Feedback Adds Context Beyond Product Samples

Choosing flooring involves more than comparing color, texture, or material construction. Customer reviews can provide useful context about what the experience feels like from the first conversation through installation. Feedback may touch on communication, product guidance, scheduling, workmanship, and how clearly the project was handled from start to finish.

Reviews can also help future customers understand how different types of projects are approached. Someone planning to schedule new carpet installation today may look for comments about fitting and preparation, while homeowners considering floor installation for residential projects today may value feedback about multi-room work, coordination, and the finished result.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our carpet went from drab to fab with the help of Discount carpet and flooring. Although the guys came a little later than we expected due to car trouble, once they arrived, they were kind, professional, and did an EXCELLENT job including padding and shaping the carpet to fit around our stair railing. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them if you need your carpet done.

Not only were they able to bust it out but they did an amazing job! Now our basement will be desirable while it’s in the market.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Danny was incredibly helpful picking out the right carpeting for my stairs. I had to do it remotely as their location was far from my new residence and he took the time to send me pics of 100s of samples to choose from. In the end the result was great. 3 sets of stairs & stringers (40+ steps) carpeted for a great price and only took half a day.
